About Us
Company director Mark Romer established Hi-Tech Precision Engineering in 1996 with the initial intention of contributing labour hire to the television industry. With over twenty years industry experience, Mark quickly expanded the company to offer a wider range of services such as concept development, project management, machining, fabrication and maintenance programs.
We are a small private company, able to offer personal service yet also take on larger jobs. We provide a good working environment for our employees, and carry workcover insurance on all our staff, and public liability insurance. Our workforce is comprised of a committed and dedicated team of skilled tradesman, each with their own defined speciality and working to exacting standards of excellence. We can turn any idea into a reality, and will travel locally and interstate to achieve this.
Our aim is to provide satisfaction beyond our customer's expectations with a high level of professionalism. We respect our customers needs, and pride ourselves on being accountable for each project we undertake and it's achievements.
Our factory workshop, based in Rydalmere, Sydney, is fully equipped with an extensive range of machinery allowing us to provide a full range of services. These include facilities for: milling drilling turning cutting polishing guillotining folding rolling sheet metal
SERVICES
The workshop has the ability to weld steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper, using the latest technology of arc, mig and tig welding machines. We order materials for larger jobs but always have a good variety of materials on site which include flat bar, square and round tube, pipe, solid bar, sheet metal in materials of aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass and copper. In addition to metal, we also integrate other materials into metal work including timber, glass and plastic.
Our affiliated suppliers include: rolling, waterjet, cutting, powder-coating, polishing and galvanising.
We can offer a turn key facility where our clients need only talk to us directly, knowing that other trades can be integrated with our work.
In keeping with up to date design methods, we work with cad drafting which gives us the ability to design in real time, and can accept drawings by email to make the transfer process as quick as possible.
We regard health and safety as an integral part of our service and are continually reevaluating our procedures.
Our management are available to go on-site at any time, to discuss and coordinate projects with clients. When required we can also team with affiliated trades, architects and designers to achieve the desired outcome.
